The 14th Shanghai International Nonwovens Exhibition (SINCE '11) opened its doors on Wednesday in Shanghai, China. The event, which is held every two years, is one of the premier nonwovens events in the world, featuring 25,000 square meters of exhibition space and more than 400 Chinese and overseas exhibitors from over 30 countries.
On Day One, the show floor was bustling with energy and excitement, as attendees were eager to view product demonstrations, and meet with existing and potential nonwovens industry suppliers from all facets of the supply chain.
Han Deqian, director SINCE '11 Organizing Committee and chairman of the China Technology Market Association, kicked of the event with his welcoming message, expressing optimism and enthusiasm. He said, "We sincerely wish that the success of SINCE '11 will effectively bring about exchange and interaction for the nonwovens industry in China and the woorld, as well as promote economic cooperation and trade. And we hope to further stimulate the development of China's nonowovens industry and promote prosperity and progress in Asia and the world."
