Texol Offers Advances In Film Technology At INDEX

April 18, 2011

Softness, elasticity are key attributes.

At INDEX Texol introduced a new version of its Extreme film for the femcare sector. Extreme 3 is a double perforated film with the softness of cotton and dryness of net. The product comes on the heels of Texol’s success with Extreme 1.

Texol’s Michela Clini, customer service was on hand to tell INDEX attendees, “Texol’s technology in DNA follows all of its customers’ needs.”

Ms. Clini said Extreme 3’s main enhancement is the implementation of elliptical holes rather than round ones, which together with a newly developed blend and a series of process modifications has resulted in many benefits. These include increased film softness as well as better masking and acquisition.

Texol also presented INDEX attendees with its Ela-tri high stretch for baby diapers and Ela-tri standard stretch for both baby and adult diapers.”
