INDEX 2011 will open its doors at Pal Expo in Geneva, Switzerland tomorrow. The show will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will feature more than 500 exhibiting companies from around the world. The four-day exhibition will officially kick-off with a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:15 a.m. attended by representatives from the global nonwovens industry.
This is the 10th consecutive INDEX show to be held in Geneva. It is sponsored by EDANA, the Brussel, Belgium-based nonwovens-related trade association. The show will include a number of highlights including the INDEX Innovation Awards, the launch of a sustainability report and an interactive innovation workshop.
Held once every three years, INDEX is part of a global rotation of nonwovens-related trade shows, which also includes IDEAin North America and ANEX in Asia.
