Propex Operating Company has appointed Eugene Martineau to its board of managers. Mr. Martineau is currently founder of Martineau & Associates Consulting. He has over 40 years of experience in the ready-mixed concrete and related industries. He is the founder and first president and CEO of U.S. Concrete Inc., a company he left in 2007 to pursue other interests.
