James Cree has resigned as CEO of Pantex in order to return to the U.S., his home country. Mr. Cree will be replaced by Gianluigi Fornoni, a member of the Pantex board, who as COO has been assisting and advising Mr. Cree for over one year.
Mr. Fornoni has over 19 years of experience in the nonwoven industry in different capacities. Both Mr. Fornoni along with Mr. Cree played a key role in the turnaround of Pantex in 2009. Mr. Fornoni will continue with many of the initiatives started by Mr. Cree.
Mr. Cree joined Pantex as CEO in 2005. He will continue on as a board member of Pantex.
