New spunlaced nonwoven study to debut in November
John R. Starr Inc, a management consulting firm specializing in the nonwoven products, hygiene absorbent products and related fields worldwide is preparing to release a report next month, entitled, “Spunlaced Nonwoven World Capacities and Manufacturing Economics 2003 to 2009, 2013.” The new report which covers the time period 2003 to 2009 and forecasts for 2013 provides producer and country/regional information on spunlaced nonwoven capacities, planned expansions, potential retirements and capacity shares. Producer nameplate capacity information in annual tonnes is described by line, web forming technology, raw material capability, technology provider and commissioning date. World capacity for spunlaced bonded nonwovens in 2009 is estimated to be 1.1 million tonnes.
