Touch Screen Interface

March 1, 2009

Enercon Industries Corporation is offering a new touch screen PLC-based interface for its Compak 9000 power generator. The new design saves converters and extruders time and money with installation while providing advanced corona treating process control.

Standard pre-programmed options include watt density control, proportional speed control, station diagnostics and extensive fault logging. Enercon's application engineers will also custom program customer-specified options such as exhaust blower control and single button system start-up.

Since all options are incorporated through a single interface, installation and operation are remarkably simplified. Connecting to a remote control network is also made easy as the system supports a variety of communication protocols.
