Nonwovens producer
Lenko SA, based in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, has successfully started the production of spunbond nonwovens with a new bicomponent spunbond line. Farè SpA, Fagnano Olona, Italy, has supplied the complete spunbond line which has been installed with the aim to obtain the optimum throughput and quality of the spunbond products with extremely low energy and raw material consumptions. This 3.2 meter spunbond line can produce mono and bicomponent sheath-core spunbond materials from 7 gsm up to medium weight with a throughput of up to 700 kg/h per spinning beam.
The line, which does not require compressed air, has been designed with a very compact layout. The high mechanical characteristics and the uniform distribution of the product can fully satisfy the requests for the most severe applications.
Lenko which is part of Marma Group will focus his new production in the markets where the group is expanding its activities and, thanks to the performance and flexibility of the new Farè spunbond line, Lenko will also aim to penetrate new nonwoven fields.
