Eighth Line Scheduled For FQN

Spunbond line to come up in early 2009.

First Quality Nonwovens, Inc. is installing an eighth major production line at a location to be announced at a later date. The new line will incorporate the latest Reifenhauser technology for spinning and meltblowing, and will include features proprietary to FQN. It will be on scale with the largest line currently installed at FQN and is scheduled to start production during the first quarter of 2009. The company’s seventh production line was announced in July 2004 and began production in June 2006.
This investment is another demonstration of FQN’s commitment to maintaining its leadership position in the nonwovens industry; dedicated to satisfying the desires and demands of the market by providing innovative and high quality products manufactured utilizing state of the art technology, according to the company.
