Branson Ultrasonics Corporation

Branson Ultrasonics Corporation recently announced the appointment of Ed Boone as president. In his new role, Mr. Boone will have responsibility for overseeing the worldwide operations of Branson Ultra­sonics Corporation, a manufacturer of plastics joining, precision cleaning and other ultrasonic equipment. Branson is a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. Mr. Boone succeeds Tony Pajk, who has left Branson Ultrasonics Corporation for an appointment as CEO of Emerson Power Transmission, Ithaca, NY. Mr. Boone joined Emerson in 1989 as plant manager of the Napanee, Ontario motors plant. He later relocated to the U.S. where he held various management positions, most recently as president of Hermetic Motors.
