Ginni Filaments is in the process of commissioning its first spunlace line from Rieter Perfojet in India with 3200 mm working width and production capacity of 12,000 tons a year. Commercial production is expected to start by February 2007. The line will process polyester, viscose, bleached cotton and its blends to create medical fabrics, coating substrates, wet wipes and other application for the Indian and other international market.
In addition to a spunlace line, Ginni is installing impregnation, printing, coating, lamination and other converting facilities to add value to spunlace fabrics to meet the requirements of different segments.
Ginni's wet wipes brands for different application wipes have already been launched in Indian market.
