A class action suit has been filed against Hogla-Kimberly Ltd., a company owned by American Israeli Paper Mills and Kimberly-Clark. The suit has alleged that H-K has reduced the number of diapers in packages of its Titulim brand of disposable diapers, thus misleading consumers under the Israeli Consumer Proection Plant. The plaintiff estimates the scope of the class action to be approximately $10 million (NIS 47 million ). H-K is rejecting the claim and has announced it will defend itself against the suit.
