BBA Fiberweb's Green Bay Site Honored

August 8, 2006

BBA Fiberweb’s Green Bay WI facility has been recognized for its exemplary safety record by being designated a Star Site for the twelfth consecutive year in OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program. “The Green Bay site has gone nine full years without a lost time accident and three years without a recordable incident. This is a remarkable achievement in an industry where many potential hazards exist as a normal part of the everyday process” said Frank Jouris, BBA Fiberweb Plant Manager, Green Bay.

The Green Bay site was also honored by the Wisconsin Council of Safety and the state Department of Workforce Development, receiving its Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award.
