Linq Ownership Changes

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts of market-leading companies, has acquired the stock of Linq Industrial Fabrics, Inc. from American Industrial Partners. Linq is a leading global supplier of highly engineered woven and nonwoven polypropylene-based fabrics, including proprietary and technical fabrics, with a focus on fulfilling customer-specific requirements.
    Linq's products include: static protective fabrics used to produce flexible intermediate bulk containers for storing and transporting compounds exposed to potentially flammable environments; geotextiles used in subsurface drainage, soil separation, soil stabilization and other applications; agrotextiles used to improve water penetration and protect against weed growth in landscaping and nursery applications  and carpet backing used in the manufacturing of carpet and artificial turf.
