Kuester Gains New Owner

Austrian manufacturing equipment maker Andritz is acquiring 60% of the paper business of German firm Eduard Kuesters Maschinenfabrik. Kuesters, a unit of Jagenberg AG, supplies calendaring rolls and other equipment to the paper, nonwoven and textile businesses. Kuesters's paper and nonwoven businesses will be integrated into a joint company 60% controlled by Andritz, with the remainder controlled by Jagenberg,
