Elsner Engineering Works, Inc. has been named the exclusive sales representative for Wipcor S.r.l. based in Novara, Italy for North American and Mexican sales of the Wipcor product line. Elsner will also be marketing the Wipcor product line worldwide.

Wipcor is a manufacturer of quality high speed web folding machinery—specifically in the nonwoven's wipes industry. The company manufactures a line of equipment for cross-folding dry products such as industrial wipes, gauze, swabs and napkins and wet products such as cosmetic wipes, make-up remover wipes and purse pack wipes.

Using the best Italian mechanical experience and the most advanced and innovative technology, Wipcor developed in Novara its own design and production of folding machines. Wipcor has been present in the marketplace for three years. The company promotes its own products worldwide, where flexibility and versatility of the production plants are essential characteristics of the customers they serve.

In August 2007, Wipcor elected to expand its competence and knowledge in the cross-folding machinery marketplace and purchased the brand and know-how of Overfalz Machinenbau in Duisburg, Germany. Overfalz was a leader in the cross-folding machinery marketplace for the past 30 years. Today, in addition to supporting its own product line, Wipcor services and supports several hundred Overfalz machines installed throughout the world. Wipcor currently offers it Gazelle folding machine for converting dry products and its Victoria model for converting wet products.
