Textured Laminate

November 30, -0001

The Performance Films Division of Avery Dennison Corporation, Troy, MI, introduced its new Textured Laminate. These laminates reportedly give the look and feel of metal-stamped finishes and dimensional technical patterns, giving vehicle manufacturers increased design options to customize their interiors with textured effects and colors. Unlike metal trim, which may require a separate tool to achieve basic texture, Avery Dennison’s new product can be produced without modifying existing tooling at an overall lower cost than using the insert film process.

Currently, it reportedly meets the requirements of all OEMs. Telephone: 626-304-2000; Fax: 626-792-7312;  E-mail: bbobenmoyer@ideas-images.com; Web: www.averydennison.com
