Several Personnel Changes At Pliant Corporation

Several personnel changes have taken place at Pliant Corporation, Schaum­burg, IL. Kevin Howard will assume the post of vice president of North American sales for printed products. In this new key role, Mr. Howard will be in charge of leading Pliant's selling efforts for its printed product offerings in the U.S. and Canada.  Glenn Harsh has been named vice president of global sales and marketing for PE stretch films. In this role, Mr. Harsh will be in charge of sales and marketing efforts globally for these products. The company is bringing on new capacity for these value-added products and is exploring a European expansion as well, according to reports.

In other Pliant news, Keith Brech­telsbauer was named vice president of marketing for specialty products and he also joins Pliant's leadership team as an executive member. He comes to Pliant directly from Tredegar, where he was global sales manager for healthcare and specialty products.
