Rayonier Has Elected A Senior VP

Rayonier, Jacksonville, FL, has elected W. Edwin Frazier III as senior vice president, administration and corporate secretary. He succeeds John O’Grady, senior vice president, who plans to retire July 1, 2005. Mr. Frazier will be responsible for Rayonier's administration and human resources functions and will continue as corporate secretary, including responsibility for Rayonier’s corporate governance programs.

Mr. O’Grady will concentrate on special assignments from the chairman and will continue to provide support to the Board of Director's Committee on Compensation and Development until he retires. Frazier has served as vice president of governance and corporate secretary for the past year. He joined Rayonier in 1999 as assistant general council, was promoted to associate general council the following year and was elected corporate secretary in 2001.
