Viking Pump's innovative LVP Series of stainless steel Vane Pumps provide up to 14 Bar (200 PSI) thin liquid capability at capacities up to 36 M³/Hr (160 GPM). The LVP Series pumps are designed for thin, corrosive liquids at higher pressures than other positive displacement pumps. These pumps provide exceptional performance, advanced durability and application flexibility. Their simple installation and ease of maintenance to users help realize enhanced productivity and a lower total cost of ownership.

“With our LVP Series, we are providing a true, industrial-duty product with exceptional performance for corrosive, low viscosity liquids,” said John Hall, Viking’s product manager. “For instance, the LVP series is designed to minimize life-cycle costs, and its stainless steel casing is surface-hardened to 62 Rockwell C, reducing casing and vane wear. The LVP series’ standard chrome oxide coated shaft and silicon carbide bushings are extremely hard and long-lasting, and its PEEK vanes offer high strength, low friction for less wear, and broad chemical compatibility. The LVP series is also maintenance-friendly, allowing complete draining and easy vane or seal replacement without removing the pump from its system.”
