National Nonwovens has promoted Paul Viveiros to vice president—customer relations. Mr. Viveiros was previously appointed customer service manager in 2001. He immediately focused on teamwork with the ability to work together toward a common vision. He embraced many projects within the department, as well as sales and facilities management. “Customer service is not just a department, it’s an attitude and the lifeblood of any organization,” said Anthony Centofanti, National Nonwovens’ CEO and president. “Mr. Viveiros accepted the customer service leadership role believing that unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.
