With more than 20 years of experience as a technical service professional, Ms. Royal has a proven track record in market development for customer-focused, service-oriented businesses. Ms. Royal previously served as a market development consultant for a major software supplier to the plastics industry and as supervisor, senior technical service representative and manager for the nylon technical service division at Monsanto Chemical Company.
