Kapco has made several recent personnel appointments. In the first, Dave Ernst was promoted to a new inventory control position. Kapco created this position to improve inventory accuracy and provide the best possible service to its customers. Mr. Ernst has served for more than six years at Kapco as a coating and slitting operator and shipping clerk.
In another addition to its staff, Michael Pletz has been named graphic products’ buyer. Mr. Pletz joins Michele Nelson who is also responsible for purchasing duties. Mr. Pletz offers Kapco more than 13 years of domestic and international supply chain experience.
Also at Kapco, David Balthis has joined the accounting department. As accountant, Mr. Balthis will be responsible for Kapco’s financial statements and general ledger.
Finally, Kapco has named Frank Fortunato manager, manufacturing services. Mr. Fortunato will oversee the manufacturing services department, responsible for purchasing, scheduling and inventory control activities.
