Jim DeVries Names VP of Nordson fiber systems

Jim DeVries, vice president of nonwovens and web coatings systems for Dawsonville, GA-based Nordson Corporation, has also been named vice president of Nordson fiber systems. In this added role, Mr. DeVries will have worldwide management responsibility for all three businesses and hold the title of Vice President, Nonwovens and Fiber Systems.

Mr. DeVries started with Nordson in 1984 and has held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities in the automotive, product assembly and packaging businesses. Mr. DeVries will assume responsibility for Nordson nonwovens systems in 2001.

Martin Allen, former co-owner of JM Laboratories and Nordson vice president of fiber systems will serve as fiber technology advisor, reporting to Mr. DeVries and focusing on innovative technology and development.
