Jacob Holm Industries Has Restructured

In an effort to focus its business globally, Jacob Holm Industries has restructured its business units, a move that included several personnel appointments. Peter Stoffel, who has served as COO for the past three years, has been named CEO; Jack Richardson, who formerly worked as operations manager at Fru-Con Construction and in senior management positions with Johnson & Johnson and the James River Company, has been named COO.

Michael Norboge, a member of the company since 1996 and a key participant in Jacob Holm’s U.S. expansion, has been named vice president of wipes. Claudia de Buman has been named vice president of technical applications.
