High Speed Dryer

November 30, -0001

Santex Group's Santashrink Super Jumbo dryer reassures the newest state-of-the-art technologies concerning software and operating processes, combined with the latest findings of air technology. The newly engineered air nozzle system combined with intelligent process management achieves the highest evaporation capacities and excellent residual shrinkage results, according to the company.

The dryer is featured on a modular basis: each chamber is two meters long with working widths varying from 1800 to 3400 mm. It works on three levels, each equipped with upper and lower transport belts. Every level features specially conceived nozzles in order to guarantee the most effective air blow and air speed through each step of the drying process. The system works in an optimized balance between required electrical and thermal energy and output. By this means the drying capacity on one side and the energy input on the other side lead to high productivity figures and extremely low drying costs/kg fabric. This produces an energy savings of around 35% against many competitor dryers in the market.
