EDANA, the international association serving the nonwovens and related industries, has appointed Pierre Conrath to the newly created position of sustainability and public affairs manager. Mr. Conrath, who joined the team in February, is helping to support EDANA's mission to create an environment beneficial to sustainable and profitable growth of industry participants through the active promotion of sustainable development, consumer interests and transparency.

Mr. Conrath will be responsible for managing the association's sustainability and EU public affairs activities, including future editions of its Sus­tainability Report, coordinating Life Cycle Analyses, current and new EU dossiers and a gap analysis for the nonwovens industry.
