DuPont Announces Changes In Management

DuPont, Wilmington, DE, has announced changes in management responsibilities for its investor relations and strategic planning functions. Anne Gualtieri, vice president of DuPont Investor Relations and Corporate Plans, is appointed vice president of Corporate Strategy. Ms. Gualtieri’s responsibilities will include DuPont’s Corporate Plans, Ventures, Intellectual Assets & Licensing Business, and the Economists' Office. She will assume these responsibilities October 1.

Replacing her will be Carl Lukach, global business director of DuPont Nonwovens, effective October 1. Mr. Lukach will manage the company's interactions with the investment community.

To facilitate the  transition, Mr. Lukach will join the DuPont Investor Relations team on July 1.

James Forsman will become vice president and general manager of DuPont Safety Resources Business, effective June 1. He previously served as business director.
