November 30, -0001

Schober USA has introduced a new line of RSM Rotary Die Cutting Systems with integrated packaging lines for the production of cotton pads. The RSM line is ideal for the converting of cotton pads in round, square, rectangular or irregular shaped products. The unique rotary design greatly reduces noise levels over traditional reciprocating punching production methods.

A maximum web with of 27.5 inches (700 mm) is available. This proven technology is ideal for cotton pads used for cosmetic applications but also for discrete pads made of other materials used for skin care and more.

Recent production lines commissioned and combined with automated packaging lines had an output of 50 bags/min. This third generation design includes easy set-up and machine adjustments, which allow operators to optimize the production and process for their particular requirements. Low maintenance costs are achieved through robust design and high-precision, long lasting components.
