David VanderMolen has joined the organizational empowerment team of Barry-Wehmiller as leader of organizational leadership development. For the past 10 years, Mr. VanderMolen worked for a leading lean manufacturer as its leadership and performance development manager. In this role, Mr. VanderMolen was responsible for the company’s overall people development strategy.
