Fameccanica’ s Service aims at creating a valuable partnership with the client, to give support and advice on the daily activity of the line, making it “eternal”. To do so, we developed 5 reference services, that promptly adapt to every possible need!

 

SPARE PARTS:

 Supply on demand: highly knowledgeable consultants that provide quick responses to parts and material requests and ensure the delivery on time. 
 E-commerce: a web access for all our clients to the entire spare parts catalogue, with 24/7 access, shipping and tracking information and the complete history of orders placed.
 Stock agreement: to increase efficiency, Fameccanica creates with its customer agreements in order to have the stock always ready when needed, in Fameccanica’s or the customer’s warehouse! 
 Repair and Refurbished parts: specialized parts repair, refurbishment and servicing strategies to help extend your machinery’s life span.

 

UPGRADING: a technical consultant keeps our clients updated on the latest technologies, proposing every so often upgrading KITs to: increase machine speed, improve efficiency with reduced downtime, reduce raw material and energy costs, prevent the risk of technical obsolescence and much more. 

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: 

 Remote assistance: a specialized mechanical, electrical and process support, available 7 days a week, to ensure a quick resolution of issues. 
 On-site support: a team of technician available for onsite support worldwide. 

 

TRAINING:  

 On-site training: before the Power On, our training team will provide individual trainings designed to our client needs, to optimize the performance and make the most of the machine.
 Digital Training:  a digital twin of your line, supported with video content, to enable changing users understand the potential and functionalities at any time, from everywhere.
 Digital Maintenance: a scheduled time for each maintenance activity and a digital support to understand the correct procedure. 

 
 


PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND CONTROL ROOM SERVICE: 

Through the connection of the lines, all relevant machine data is displayed on dashboards, to have and overview of your production form everywhere, at any time. Our Control Room Service supports the customer remotely, looking at process data, and anticipating needs to help customers in the process of continuous improvement.
