Naltex® Extruded Netting Overview

Naltex, the premier brand of extruded netting, helps achieve high performance results in industrial applications ranging from filtration to fencing. First developed more than 50 years ago, Naltex nets continue to evolve as DelStar engineers improve the process of extruding through counter-rotating die heads. Over the years we've introduced nets with new resins, varied strand count and cross section, and a range of strand angles, offering customers different looks, feels, strengths and additional functionality. We custom-develop Naltex nets to meet your specific industrial performance requirements for demanding applications in the automotive, filtration and industrial markets.

Delnet® Apertured Films Overview

Delnet geometric apertured films are lightweight, nonwoven netting fabrics made from a unique extrusion, embossing and orientation process. Thin Delnet mesh - alone or laminated to other materials—provides purity, high strength and non-stick properties to numerous applications. By varying the process parameters, an infinite variety of Delnet materials can be created with characteristics to meet any market requirements.

Delnet, with its symmetrical hole pattern, achieves precise rates of permeability for the filtration and medical industry. Delnet mesh provides a surface layer for medical facemasks and an outer dust release layer in air filtration applications.

Our Delnet products can also be co-extruded to serve as adhesive bonding layers. Delnet®-EP (Enhanced Performance) products utilize unique multi-layer breathable films. Delnet EP is used for cost-effective tack bonding, laminating, combination tack bonding and laminating or surface modification.

DelPore® Meltblown Media Overview

Award-winning DelPore meltblown media, with its highly efficient and narrow mean pore distribution, is used specifically for high-performance filtration applications. DelPore nonwovens easily pleat and laminate to other materials, providing precise uniformity and breathability for applications with strict requirements. A customizable media, DelPore is created on the most advanced meltblown equipment available. DelStar's proprietary processing techniques give DelPore media increased dust holding capacity, which reduces required operating pressure and lengthens filter life.

Air-grades of DelPore are used in respirators, facemasks, cabin air filters and industrial and residential HVAC systems. With DelPore's liquid grades, customers get graded density structures to filter potable waters, industrial process fluids, food and beverage products and pharmaceutical and biological agents.

Stratex® Engineered Composites Overview

Stratex engineered composites, non-adherent and non-linting structures, are created by laminating multiple layers of nets, nonwovens or textiles to create complex materials. These composites differ in their absorbency, loft, wicking, repellency, release and barrier properties.

Stratex composites are found in most leading wound care products, including components in finger bandages, surgical dressings, surgical drapes and face masks. Stratex's capabilities may be expanded with the introduction of additional appropriate component materials—alone or in combination with Delnet—in order to meet individual customer need.

Coretec™ Profile Extrusion Overview

DelStar's product offerings in the filtration and separation, medical and industrial arenas include Coretec products, a line of high-performance rods, cores, tubes and machined shapes that provide new opportunities for our customers. The Coretec product line includes numerous high performance components made from advanced engineering grade resins and stainless steel.
