Colback fabrics are manufactured in a unique, two-step process that allows us to customize the bi-component filaments (PET core / PA6 skin) to meet weight, physical property, and color requirements. Flexibility in manufacturing allows us to give our customers exactly what they want and need.
• Tensile strength / tenacity requirement can be met dead on center, MD and CMD.
• Thermal bonding of bi-component fleeces allow us to create the perfect bond; thousands per square inch.
• Nylon 6 skin creates color choices—can be atmospherically dyed in many brilliant colors.
• Colback offers the only bi-component nonwoven in the world made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester.
• No chemical binders are used in the making of our products.
