Advance Systems, Inc. has been manufacturing high quality dryers and ovens for the graphic arts and converting industries since 1986.   Starting out primarily supplying dryers for the heat set web offset industry, Advance Systems, Inc. has made inroads into wide range of industries such as pressure sensitive labels, reagent strips for medical applications, optic quality films, adhesive tapes and foils, reverse osmosis filtration media, and many others.  Recent ventures into the nonwovens field have been quite successful, with particular success in wide format through air dryers.

Based in Green Bay, WI, Advance Systems, Inc. is dedicated to providing their customers with the highest quality drying/curing system at an honest price.  With our 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility, we are able to control the quality our entire process, from design to assembly to installation.  Dryer assemblies are constructed to the highest tolerances to assure ease of installation and durability of the final product.

Through use of sophisticated computer modeling, Advance Systems, Inc. applications engineers are able to replicate the customer’s process to fine-tune the dryer length to fit the application.  Since we rarely build the same dryer twice, we are exposed to many diverse products and processes.  The advantage to the customer is that this exposure further hones the reliability of the modeling.  

In the nonwoven fiberglass mat industry, Advance Systems, Inc. has achieved excellent results.  Our most important achievements have been with controlling both the airflow at the web, as well as the temperature profile.  The outcome has been evenly dried and cured product at the design speed.  Our expertise has been utilized to upgrade existing equipment as well.
